Admiral Madueke is a retired Chief of the Naval Staff of the Nigerian Navy. He had extensive training and experience in communication systems in his Naval Career and commanded Capital Ships and Establishments.

Since his retirement, Admiral Madueke has made a successful transition into the business world as the Chairman of Radam Maritime Services Ltd, Regalia Nigeria Ltd, Excel E & P (Marginal Oil Fields) Ltd, Solid Rock Securities and Investments Ltd. He was also a council member of the Nigeria Stock Exchange and a host of other Board appointments.

He brings to the table a wealth of Management and Corporate Governance experiences.

OLADELE AYANBADEJO (Managing Director)

Oladele Ayanbadejo is the Managing Director and also a member of the Board of Directors of Interconnect Clearinghouse Nigeria Limited.

Oladele Ayanbadejo has over 25 years’ global experience and expertise in the field of Telecoms/Information Technology Management.

He started his career with the world renowned Telecoms group, Siemens as a Transmission/Transport Network Engineer with expertise in Satellite, Terrestrial Microwave and Fibre Optics Systems.

Oladele is widely travelled with training and working experience in Nigeria and overseas.

Oladele holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Ibadan and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Leicester.


FRED ANIGBOGU

FRED ANIGBOGU (DIRECTOR)

Fred Anigbogu has multi-disciplinary backgrounds in Risk-asset management and Sector-agnostic investments in the Private Equity/Venture Capital sector. His working career spans across Engineering/Information Technology, Banking, Venture Capital/Private Equity Investments, Financial and Project Management mostly in SMEs. The Private Equity/Venture Capital investments were executed in Nigeria including post-conflicted countries of Sierra Leone and Liberia through combined funds, under Management of estimated $36 million from Union Bank, Polaris Bank, Sterling Bank, IFC and Cordaid.

Fred is the Managing Director/CEO of Unique Venture Capital Management Limited – a Venture Capital/Private Equity Company in Nigeria. He was the Chief Operating Officer of Amalgamated Capital Fund Ltd and previously an Assistant Director - Private Sector Support Services in the United States-Nigeria Development Institute – a cross-border development institution with oversight functions between participating State Governments of Nigeria and United States based Small Business Administration (SBA).

Fred has PhD and M.Phil. degrees in Entrepreneurship, MBA in Project Management, Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and he is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He is a regular attendee to many PE/VC/SME focused events and conferences especially under the auspices of AVCA, EMPEA, SuperReturn, IFF, PEI, Risk & Return.


EPHRAIM FALOUGHI

Chief Faloughi is the Chairman of Sovereign Trust Insurance Company and a Director of numerous financial and manufacturing companies. He is an accomplished businessman who has had a long-standing interest and passion for investment in Telecommunications/Technology.

Mr. Ofili-Okonkwo is an accomplished businessman with interests in various enterprises including finance, transportation and engineering. He is the Chairman of Autobahn, an engineering firm responsible for introducing tri-cycles (Keke NAPEP) into the Nigerian Transportation System.

Ngozi Madueke-Dozie

Ngozi is a Technology/Media/Telecoms expert with over 16 years of global experience with a passion for Africa.

As the General Manager for Kwesé iflix West Africa, Ngozi is responsible for the business strategy, performance and overall management of iflix in region. She leads the regional team to grow market share, brand awareness and value proposition by developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the tech, mobile and entertainment industries.

Prior to joining iflix, Ngozi was the Chief Partnerships officer at Iroko TV where she worked to create a consumer acquisition pipeline for Iroko TV mobile app and developing a ubiquitous payment options and channels for the service.

Ngozi has also served as the Growth and Partnerships Manager for West and Central Africa for Facebook and was the Geo-Marketing &Strategy Manager for MTN Nigeria.

Ngozi has International consulting experience, in-depth knowledge and exposure in the consumer internet, telecommunication, technology and mobile industries across Africa.

She also holds a BSc in Management Information Systems and Decision Science from George Mason University and an MSc in Systems Engineering and Engineering Management from George Washington University.


Zainab Aliyu

Zainab Aliyu is a Finance Professional and a UK qualified Fellow of the Association of the Chartered and Certified Accountants (ACCA) with over 15 years of experience in the extractive sector mainly in the oil and gas sector, across five continents and recently in mining. She is currently the CEO of Eldorado Metal Ores with an asset in North Western Nigeria.

Zainab also sits on the board of Leadway Pensure as an Independent Non-Executive Director.

Zainab qualified at Deloitte UK, where she spent four years serving clients in the energy industry and in Risk and Assurance. Prior to to that, she worked at KPMG Nigeria in Business Advisory, Philipps, Kobbs & Co London as an Accountant. Post Deloitte she worked at Baker Hughes UK engaging in Internal Audit, Risk and compliance projects across the globe and an Indigenous oil and gas company in Project Accounting as a Financial Controller until 2020.

Zainab is also the the CEO & Creative Director of AABOUX, a stylish luxurious leather brand founded in 2017. AABOUX handcrafts limited-edition statement pieces using a stitchless technique from the exquisite and finest leathers that are ethically sourced by third-generation artisans in Lagos, Nigeria.

Zainab is passionate about philanthropy and is involved in several causes aimed at education, healthcare, children, women, internally displaced persons and mental health matters. She enjoys personal development, travelling, art, reading, fashion, photography and current affairs.

In his capacity as a Non-Executive Director, he provides strategic advice and contributions that help shape ICN’s business strategy and align its operational goals with industry standards.

Mr. Faloughi (Jnr) also serves as the CEO of The Reef Hospitality Services Ltd., a premier leisure consultancy based in Lagos, Nigeria, where he oversees high-level projects in leisure and recreation, focusing on creating exceptional client experiences and optimizing operational efficiency to meet the demands of a luxury and corporate clientele.

In addition to his role at The Reef, Mr. Faloughi (Jnr) is a Director at Teoff Holdings Ltd., managing a substantial real estate portfolio in the UAE, and a Board member of STI Leasing Ltd., where he contributes strategic insight toward sustainable growth. His comprehensive leadership experience spans hospitality, real estate, and technology sectors, reflecting his adeptness in both cross-industry management and specialized sector expertise.

Mrs. Patience Adeoba is a Lawyer with over 20 years of experience in law and corporate governance. As a Non-Executive Director at Interconnect Clearinghouse Nigeria Limited, she leverages her legal and corporate expertise to support the organization’s strategic objectives. She holds a National Diploma in Community Development from the University of Benin, an LLB from Ambrose Alli University, and a Master’s degree from the University of Lagos. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2002 and is certified in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), specializing in negotiation, mediation, and arbitration.

Her career began in the Legal Department of the Federal Ministry of Women’s Affairs, followed by a role as Zonal Legal Officer at the National Agency for the Prohibition of Traffic in Persons (NAPTIP). At NAPTIP, she provided legal advisory services and prosecuted cases related to trafficking and human rights violations. In 2005, she joined Unique Venture Capital Management Company Ltd (UVCM), where she has played a pivotal role in drafting and reviewing legal agreements, conducting due diligence, managing legal documentation, and providing legal advisory services to portfolio companies. She also collaborates with external solicitors to ensure legal compliance and deliver strategic legal solutions.
