Engr. Barclinton has more than two decades of proven track record in business development and sales success to Interconnect. Over the years, with his astuteness and immense business aptitude, he has built and managed an effective sales force through exemplary leadership, quality training and creating a collaborative culture.

Prior to joining Interconnect Clearinghouse, Barclinton started his career with Coscharis Technologies Limited as a young and aspiring engineer involved in systems integration, networking and technical sales where he developed a keen interest in sales. He later joined Allied Computers Ltd, where he rose to the level of a Manager in the Business Development unit.

He further joined Jetlink Nigeria Limited as General Manager Sales, responsible for business sales operations in Nigeria, Ghana, Gambia and Liberia. He transformed the company within 18 months from a single computer direct sales store to a full Enterprise Solutions company.

He later became the Avaya product manager covering West Africa for RedigntonGulf Dubia where he managed an entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to competitive analysis, sales and revenue growth.

Engr. Ngadi, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He is a COREN registered Engineer and a member of several professional bodies including, Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), Institute of Procurement Engineers (NIPRoE) Institute of Cost Management and Nigerian Computer Society just to mention but a few. He has attended several local and international sales and technical courses on Enterprise application, Balance deployment and design.

Ikimi is an astute and accomplished Human Resources professional with wide range experience spanning over two decades.

As the Head of Corporate Services in Interconnect Clearinghouse, Ikimi is actively responsible for supporting, developing and implementing the company’s strategic and operational plans in accordance with the mission and vision statements, managing all aspects of the HR function, together with the administration function of the company, and co-ordinating office processes and procedures to ensure organisational and operational effectiveness and efficiency.

He started his career with Phillips Consulting Limited, a Management consulting firm, in 2001 and moved from there to SIAO a Professional Services firm, where he led various teams on high assignments including organisational restructuring, process re-engineering, strategic management retreat facilitation, facilitation of management development programmes, identification and analysis of training needs, recruitment and selection, human resource due diligence, manpower audit, corporate strategy development, performance management systems design and installation, outplacement services, payroll management etc.

Prior to joining Interconnect Clearinghouse, he worked with Capital Express Assurance Limited as Head of Learning & Development and later became the Head of Human Capital Management.

He is a graduate of Economics from Edo State University, Ekpoma and has a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Nigeria Nsukka. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN) and the Institute of Corporate Governance of Nigeria.

He is a seasoned facilitator and has attended several management and leadership training locally and international.

Paul Olori is a seasoned ICT professional with over 10 years of experience in the IT industry. He earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science from Delta State University, Abraka, and a Master’s Degree in Information Technology from the National Open University of Nigeria.

Paul began his career as a Field Operations Engineer at Tizeti Network Limited, where he handled the installation and configuration of Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) and provided both remote and onsite troubleshooting support. His dedication and expertise led to his promotion to Team Lead of the Customer Service and Technical Support Unit within the same organization. He later progressed to Cobranet Limited as a Professional Services Supervisor and Project Manager, where he led a team of engineers in deploying Wi-Fi and cybersecurity solutions, including Sophos XG and FortiGate devices.

Throughout his career, Paul has earned several professional certifications, including Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Certified Professional (OCP), Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), Sophos Certified Engineer, Mikrotik Certified Network Associate (MTCNA), and various cloud certifications.

Currently, Paul leads the IT and Network Infrastructure department at Interconnect Clearinghouse Nigeria Limited, where he continues to drive innovation and excellence in the industry

Paul is a seasoned IT professional with quality years of experience in database design, implementation and management with over 10 years of work experience.

He joined ICN in 2020 as a team Senior Data Analyst in the Billing department where he is tasked with managing and administering the Mobile Number Portability (MNP) Oracle database, carrying out various data analytics and liaising with other departments to ensure timely and accurate Interconnect Billing and generating operators' invoices.

Paul Iyoha has a B.Sc in Computer Science and is currently the Team Lead of the Billing department at Interconnect Clearinghouse Nigeria Limited.

Mary Ogechukwu has over 12 years of professional experience as a Lawyer and Chartered 
secretary. She holds an LL.B. degree from Lagos state University. She is a member of the 
Nigerian Bar Association and Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria, at 
the Associate Level. 
She started her career at the Law firm of Peter Ilegogie & Co. as a Legal Practitioner where she 
garnered experience in Litigation management, Legal drafting, Legal research and Legislative 
intelligence. She proceeded to work at Axa-Mansard Insurance Plc as a Legal Assistant. 
Thereafter, she has since held positions of increasing responsibility and influence at Drelight 
Services Limited and Rida National Plastics Limited as Legal Officer and Executive Legal Secretary 
respectively. 
Mary was the Group Company Secretary and Legal Manager for CentrespreadGrey Company 
Limited where she executed a wide range of responsibilities. 
Recently, she joined Interconnect Clearinghouse Nigeria (ICN) as the Company Secretary, Head 
of the Legal and Regulatory department. 
Her experience in legal and corporate practice has enabled her to develop a good working 
knowledge and understanding of the law in Nigeria particularly, in relation to regulated private 
companies.  
She has a knack for excellence and prides herself in her administrative competence to deliver 
solution to organizations through sound legal advisory.  

Mr. Olalekan Dosumu is a seasoned risk management and internal audit professional with over a decade of experience across financial services, microfinance, and digital banking. He brings a wealth of expertise in internal control, operational risk, regulatory compliance, and audit strategy.

Before joining our organization, Mr. Dosumu served as Head of Internal Control & Audit at Blueridge Microfinance Bank, a sister company of Opay Digital Services, where he successfully led strategic audit functions and strengthened relationships with regulators.
His prior roles include leadership positions at Arise Microfinance Bank, Empire Trust MFB, and Citygate Global, where he spearheaded process optimization, reduced risk exposures, and delivered measurable improvements in compliance and operational efficiency.

Mr. Dosumu holds a B.Sc. in Management and Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University and a National Diploma in Accountancy from Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro.
He is a chartered accountant (ACA), a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (MCIB), and a certified ISO 27001:2022 Lead Auditor.

His professional certifications and numerous audit and compliance achievements underscore his deep commitment to upholding transparency, improving internal control systems, and driving organizational integrity.

Jude Ovaga is a seasoned telecommunications and IT executive with over 15 years of progressive experience spanning network engineering, Cloud Technology, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML), Data Center Management, optical fiber planning, and large-scale project management.

A graduate of Electrical Engineering from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Jude holds multiple industry certifications, including Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Certified Fiber Optic Network Design Specialist.
Over the course of his career, he has worked with leading organizations such as MainOne Cable Company, IPNX Telecommunications Limited, and Huawei Technologies, where he managed end-to-end network operations, led high-value infrastructure projects, and drove innovations in GPON FTTH network design, fiber optic planning, and IT governance.

As Head of Engineering, Jude provides strategic and technical leadership for ICN’s engineering operations, ensuring optimal system performance, project excellence, and continuous innovation to support the company’s growth. He is passionate about mentoring teams, optimizing processes, and leveraging technology to solve complex business challenges.
